Manager

I am responsible for the management of the portfolio of properties based in Aberdeen. I joined Aberdeenshire Leasing as the Office Manager of the office in the City Centre of Aberdeen and have worked in property management for over 8 years.
This role requires me to attend to matters immediately to ensure that a high standard of service is provided at all times in all matters relating to the properties we manage in Aberdeen. This covers everything from meeting landlords / clients at properties, hosting viewings and creating lease agreements when offers have accepted from potential tenants and ensuring maintenance issues are attended to in a timely manner.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching the Famous Aberdeen FC, playing and listening to music as well as watching movies and I have a keen interest in exotic animals.

Sara Reid

PROPERTY COORDINATOR

I have worked in Property Management for over ten years now. I like the fact that no two days are the same. I enjoy meeting with landlords and tenants. I carry out viewings and deal with maintenance. I also carry out property inspections, and feed these back to the landlord. My role is exciting as it is very varied. The job is constantly evolving due to new laws and legislative requirements. An essential requirement to the job is good time management as works have to be carried out to specific dates.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
